Student submissions are stored on a secure cloud server. EFL.Digital implements industry-standard security measures and protocols to protect your student data. For more details, see the about page.

6. How do I download submissions?

There are two ways to download submissions:

The first way is to choose the 'Download' option from the submissions menu on the assignment management page:

7. How do I integrate with my LMS?

You can link to an activity from your LMS in the following way:

8. How do I solve issues with log in or registration?

  3. Ensure you are not using any of the following browsers / plugins:

9. How do I solve issues with site activities?

In order to submit speaking tasks, your students must use a compatible browser (see below) and allow access to their microphones. More details →

The following browsers are compatible with all activities on this site:

  1. Mozilla Firefox v76+ (MacOS / Windows)
  2. Google Chrome v81+ (MacOS / Windows / Android)
  3. Safari v13+ (MacOS / iOS)
  4. Edge v81+ (MacOS / Windows)

The following browsers are NOT compatible with some or all activities on this site:

10. What should I do if I am still having issues?

Please please contact the developer with the following information:

  1. device type (phone, tablet, computer, etc)
  2. operating system name and version
  3. browser name and version
  4. a detailed explanation of the issue (with screenshots if possible)
